6 week 1-2-1 health restoration programme
It’s time for you to say, “I have hope again”. To feel at one with your body. Like everything is working in harmony. To be excited about what your future holds and the plans you’ve already made. Sound good? Then this 6 week 1-2-1 health restoration programme is exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Let’s take you from defeated to determined
You’re pretty clued up on this health stuff. You’ve yoga’d. You gym’d. Yet you still can’t get to the bottom of what’s going on for you. And that means you’re secretly skipping meals during work hours so that you’re only eating at home – where no one will catch wind of your symptoms – that gurgling tummy or dashing to the loo in the middle of a meeting vibe is so not you.
I see you…
Seething with frustration at the thought of yet another trip to the doctor’s office to try and force some answers – you’re on a first name basis with the receptionist, you’ve been there so much.
Chewing through over the counter medication – hello again Rennie’s, Buscopan and Nexium – and resenting the prescription meds that just don’t seem to be making any difference. Can everyone hear you rattle?
Flopping onto the sofa after yet another multiple-battlegrounds-day, wiped out and torn between crying and screaming.
You just don’t know where to turn next. You’re tired of being passed from pillar to post through the conventional medical approach. Of the suggestion that you’re just another hypochondriac being implied. Of loved ones exchanging looks when you mention feeling rubbish, again. This is NOT just how your life has to be now…
You are not defeated, a lost cause or a never-to-be-solved “medical mystery”. Yes, there are other ways to approach your health hijinks that could complement or replace what you’ve already tried. Let’s turn the next corner and harness harmony.
3 x 1-2-1 online or in person consultations within a 6 week period.
4 x 30 min check ins.
Email or messaging support for 8 weeks.
This is for you if…
- You’ve been struggling with what the doctors have unhelpfully referred to as an unresolved acute health issue – you want answers and a plan.
- You’re over feeling exhausted all of the time and ready to take action.
- You know you’ve reached the point where you need 1-2-1 support, at least for a short while, so you can make the changes you need.
This is NOT for you if…
- You’re convinced that you’re just too busy taking care of everyone else to prioritise your health right now.
- You’re OK keeping your head buried in the sand because the idea that this thing could be really serious scares the life out of you and, well, you’ve been living with it this long maybe there’s no point now.
- You’re resigned to being on medication, long-term and believe this is going to work better for you than making changes.
Kindness above everything else is what you need. To be listened to without judgment. To be helped in a way that serves you (and your highest good) best. We’re talking kindness to yourself and compassion for your experiences.
You deserve the right kind of support. To have a crystal clear view of what’s really going on for you; that means no more guesswork about what’s happening in your body, as well as being able to be totally honest with yourself about where you are and what you can do. Honesty goes hand in hand with kindness.
Change doesn’t have to feel hard, overwhelming and complicated. It doesn’t have to feel like a hard slog all on your own. You deserve to feel what it’s like with someone in your corner, cheering for you.
In nature there is either growth or decline. You’re a high achiever, you’re organised, driven. And it’s time for you to grow towards your purpose in a way that is nurturing and compassionate.

Where do the supplements come from?
I select supplements from high quality manufactures that I know and trust. I spent years working in the supplement industry in my previous career (check out more of my story here) and will only work with suppliers that I know manufacture to the highest standards and don’t use any irritating fillers, inactive ingredients or bulking agents. These are manufactured in the EU to EFSA standard.
Do you benefit from me buying the supplements you recommend?
The greatest benefit for me when you buy the supplements I recommend is that they support your long-term goals and help your plan. I see supplements as being like temporary supports to help you build foundations and get back on track. I pass along discounts to my clients (20%) to make these supplements more affordable. I choose only the supplements I believe in and ingredients I know work for you.
What is functional testing?
Functional medicine testing is a type of medical testing that focuses on identifying the root causes of health issues and imbalances within the body. Functional medicine aims to understand the underlying factors contributing to a person's health problems to create a personalised and holistic treatment plan. Functional medicine testing involves a comprehensive analysis of various biomarkers, hormones, nutrients, and other physiological markers to gain insights into youroverall health and functioning. These tests help healthcare practitioners understand how different systems within the body are interacting and where imbalances may be occurring.
I’m vegan, will your plan cater for me?
Yes, every plan I create is specific to you as my client. I will ensure that all food plans, recipes and any supplements we use are vegan.
What’s the difference between health coaching and nutritional therapy?
Health coaching and nutritional therapy are both holistic approaches that focus on improving overall health and well-being, but they differ in their specific emphasis and scope of practice. Health coaching is a process that involves guiding and supporting individuals in making positive changes to improve their overall health and well-being, setting goals, creating habit change and motivational support.
Nutritional therapy, on the other hand, is a specialised field that focuses on using food and nutrients to address specific health issues and optimise overall health. Nutritional therapists are trained and certified professionals who assess your dietary habits and nutritional status to identify imbalances or deficiencies that may be contributing to health problems. In my programmes I start with nutritional therapy – getting to the root cause and building a programme and then use health coaching to support you in achieving that result.
