Jennifer is a life coach for women, helping women set boundaries in their relationships and at work, build resilience and overcome negative self-talk.
Jennifer experienced experienced postnatal depression after the birth of her first child, leading her on a journey to discovering tools for her own wellbeing before making the decision to study life coaching with neuroscience in 2020 and leave teaching behind just last year.
Jennifer’s story is honest and powerful, proof that each of us are in control of our own lives, with self compassion and self discovery we can create a life beyond what we ever dreamed.
